Fire Training Log provides software tools for fire departments to organize training records, roster information, certifications, and exports. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful department recordkeeping purposes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity that occurs under their account. Department administrators are responsible for managing authorized users.
Fire Training Log is designed to help organize records in an ISO-ready format, but use of the platform does not guarantee any ISO classification, score, rating outcome, credit, or acceptance of records.
Paid subscriptions may be billed annually or through other plans offered by Fire Training Log. Subscription terms, renewal details, cancellation options, and pricing will be provided during checkout or onboarding when paid billing is enabled.
Cancellation and refund terms may depend on the subscription plan purchased. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, annual subscription fees may be non-refundable once service access has started.
Fire Training Log may add, remove, change, or improve features over time. The platform may evolve as departments provide feedback.
